A reusable OTA update stack for our firmware projects

Most connected devices we build need a safe way to update firmware in the field. Rather than rebuild that each time, we've consolidated the pattern into one tested module: dual-bank flashing, signature verification, and automatic roll-back if a new image fails to boot.

It is transport agnostic. The same core works over cellular, Wi-Fi, or a wired gateway, and it ships with the documentation a client's team needs to operate it.
