Electronics & Hardware Design

We take a product brief to a documented circuit board: requirements, schematics, layout, bring-up on real hardware, and a package your manufacturer can build from.

Scope

The full build, or one stage of it.

Some teams need a complete electronics effort. Others need a design review before a board run, a structured bring-up, or help moving a lab prototype toward production. We join where the work is needed and leave it documented.

Requirements and architecture

Operating conditions, interfaces, system partitioning and power architecture, agreed before detailed design starts.

Schematics and PCB layout

Schematic design, layout and review, with attention to interfaces and signal integrity.

Component selection

Parts chosen with alternates and lifecycle in mind, and sourcing questions raised early.

Prototype bring-up

Bring-up plans, measurement logs and debugging on real boards, checked against the agreed conditions.

Preparation for manufacturing

DFM and DFT review, manufacturing notes, certification inputs and a clean transfer package.

Revisions after release

Engineering support for board revisions, component changes and problems found in the field.

How the work moves

Five stages, each with a record.

Each stage ends with something you can review, so a late surprise is less likely to become a redesign.

  • Define use conditions, interfaces and risks 01
  • Test the open questions with architecture work and targeted experiments 02
  • Develop the circuits and board data, with decisions recorded 03
  • Bring up the boards and run the relevant validation 04
  • Package manufacturing data and test guidance for transfer 05

What you receive

Files your team and manufacturer can use.

Each project is scoped to the job. The deliverables are written for the people who will build, test and revise the product after us.

  • System and interface notes
  • Schematics and reviewed PCB data
  • Parts rationale and lifecycle notes
  • Bring-up records and test results
  • Manufacturing and test guidance
  • Release and handover notes

Bring the brief, the board or the problem report.

We'll help you find the first engineering question worth answering.
